I had a decent time at Gateway To Cape Cod RV Resort, but there are some significant areas that need improvement. While the pool was enjoyable, the lack of adult-only swim times and the chaos in the lounge detracted from my experience. The staff was friendly and eager to help, but I noticed the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.
Rooms
6.0
The seasonal areas seemed cluttered and messy, resembling a mobile home park more than a campground. Some sites looked quite unattractive.
Service
8.0
The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay, which I appreciated. However, more diligent cleaning of common areas would make a significant difference.
Location
6.0
The location is convenient, but the appearance of some areas really drags it down.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were not a highlight during my visit, and I didn't see gourmet choices readily available.
Facilities
5.0
While the amenities like the pool were fine, the overall state of the facilities, particularly the Adult Lounge, was disappointing. I hope they find a better balance for guests looking for peace.

I had a mixed experience at Gateway To Cape Cod RV Resort. The cabin I stayed in was really nice and well-decorated, but I ran into some major issues. The stove burners wouldn't light, and I actually burned myself trying to get them going. Plus, the fridge froze all my food, which was super frustrating. It's a shame because there’s a lot of potential here.

The cabin looked great but had major appliance issues.

My stay at the RV resort was disappointing. The location had potential, but the cabin fell short in cleanliness and amenities. The staff seemed understaffed, which contributed to the lack of assistance during my stay.
Rooms

The cabin was new, but poorly maintained. There were no dish towels, and I had to clean before settling in. The note about excessive cleaning fees felt unreasonable given the state of the cabin at check-in.
Service

I encountered rudeness from staff. Housekeeping was absent for a week, and there was no one available to help when I had questions. The overall lack of attention was frustrating.

The campground had level and shaded sites. but it felt congested and overpopulated. It could have been a great stay if better managed.
Dining

While there were nearby dining options, I felt disconnected with no staff to guide me. I ended up going to Walmart for supplies instead.

The pool hours were inconsistent. I was disappointed when I arrived late to find it closed.

I had a pretty good time at Gateway To Cape Cod RV Resort. The staff was super friendly and the pool is nice, which my grandson really enjoyed. However, the main bathroom got cleaned around 8 AM daily, which was kinda inconvenient for me. The sites are small and sandy, but the rustic feel of the campground added some charm. Overall, I would stay again, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Gateway To Cape Cod RV Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience smooth and pleasant. Although my cabin was beautiful, I did face a little difficulty with the climate control at first. Overall, it was a peaceful weekend getaway with some lovely live music in the background.

The cabin I stayed in was beautifully designed and comfortable. I had some trouble figuring out the climate control initially, but it didn't dampen my experience.

The campground was quiet and serene, perfect for a weekend retreat. It felt safe, as I could leave my things on the porch without worry.
Dining
7.0
There were some local jams available, which I appreciated, but I didn't delve deeply into dining options during my stay.
Facilities

The campground could use some improvements, like better-maintained pathways and a more available check-in station. However, the overall peaceful vibe made up for it.
